Meditation coaching is an amazing journey that can be as short as one session or provided through multiple sessions to find clarity and purpose for the next step in your life. It can help with professional projects, personal goals and transitions, or with any recurrent issue that is blocking you from moving toward your full potential.
Sessions are held on zoom. First we will establish your intention, goal or issue. In the session we will practice a short meditation to help you relax and feel more clear. From there we will begin the journey of discovering the next steps. My mission is to support you throughout the process to reach your goal.
